HIV testing, counseling, and referral services are offered free-of-charge at the Desert Rainbow Center, Mondays through Saturdays.  Individuals may test either confidentially or anonymously.  Services are provided through the use of the Orasure HIV Oral Specimen collection testing system, OraQuick Advanced Rapid HIV testing system, and through finger sticks and blood draws.  In addition to the Desert Rainbow Center, HIV testing services are provided at PPCEP’s Goetting Clinic, Eastside Clinic, Rawlings Family Center, and Northeast Clinic, and at non-traditional sites such as halfway houses, gentlemen’s clubs, bars nightclubs, domestic violence shelters and tattoo parlors.  Testing services are provided during daytime, evening and late night hours on any day of the week depending on the need and location of the population served.
